This is 3 thin coats of @ethereallacquer “Light It Up” over a coat of lavender Soft Focus Blurring Base Coat from @polishedfordays ✨
🌈 I wanted to emphasize the purple tones in this polish, but for some reason it’s just looking blue 🤣 I’m no expert, but I think it has to do with the sun hitting my nails during a certain shift of the colors. If the sun came from a different direction it might have emphasized the other shifts. (I actually have no idea what I’m talking about)
This polish was a random gift with purchase during the original Crescent City collection release. I was thrilled to get it because it’s STUNNING. According the Ethereal facebook group the maker intends to bring this polish back for sale at some point this year.
So how to describe this polish? 🤔 It’s sheer and shifty and rainbowy and kind of reminds me of butterflies or fairies. It’s a sheer lovers dream! Formula was meh but I was able to make it work. I’m already looking forward to wearing this again in spring/summer ☀️🌈
